My Travel Bucket List

Hello everyone!

For today’s post, I wanted to share what I have on my travel bucket list at this point in my life! I am sure this will change as I keep getting older, and my interests may shift, but this is what I am thinking about currently! At this time in my life, I have a lot of ambition to travel the world, meet new people, experience life in different areas of our planet, and these are the places that I would really love the opportunity to visit.

All 50 states in the United States

Starting off close to home, Wisconsin, I would like to travel throughout the United States and see what each place has to offer. So far I have only been to 9/50, mostly in the MidWest so there is a lot of work to be done here, before thinking of going international!

The 7 Continents

Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America

So far, in my travels, I have visited Africa, as you have probably recognized from my blog discussing my mission trip to Zambia! On the African continent, I have visited Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Botswana.

On my flight to Africa, I had a lay over in Dubai, which would check off the Asian continent. (Look forward to a blog post on my time in Dubai :).)

My next stop will be Europe, as I am traveling to Rome, Italy in just a few more days!! Then, my hope would be either Australia or South America next.

The 7 Natural Wonders of the World

The Grand Canyon, Parícutin, Northern Lights, Victoria Falls, Harbor of Rio de Janeiro, Great Barrier Reef, and Mount Everest

These 7 wonders are different than the other 7 wonders of the world, as these are the “natural” wonders of the world. I love being outdoors, and exploring new places, so I figured if I had the chance, and could only pick one category, I would rather explore nature; however, if I have the opportunity to do all the wonders of the world, I would be ecstatic!

I have only been to 1/7 of these! I had the opportunity to visit Victoria Falls, and it was so beautiful. Being there was such an experience, and it was simply breathtaking. If you have the chance to visit, I would highly recommend it!! (Let me know if you would like to see a separate post about it!)

Overall, these are my travel goals that I have at this point in my life, and I really hope that I have the opportunity to see all of these different places at some point during my lifetime!

Let’s chat! What places are on your travel bucket list? Let me know down below if you have any recommendations, or any places that I should add to my own! I would love to hear what you all think!
